Cooked by my Sis. (Thank youuuuu!!! ❤️)
Healthy Japanese foods, most of them were cooked from scratch.
The fish cake (round white & pink ones), heard tell my Sis hunt high & low for it in Kuala Lumpur. And the black beans - have to be steamed for few hours, not boiled (no short cut) to get the right texture. It is sweet although not as sweet as how the Japanese like it. Artfully created. We finished the meal with a cup of Choya... yum!
